Arccos and TaylorMade have partnered to help every golfer track better and play better by harnessing their on-course data to unlock the game’s richest Strokes Gained Analytics.

What is the Arccos-TaylorMade special offer?

U.S., Canadian and U.K. customers who purchase eligible TaylorMade products will receive the opportunity to access a special offer valued at $75.00. This includes a FREE set of 14 Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors and a FREE 45-day trial membership to the award-winning Arccos app, courtesy of TaylorMade. A shipping and handling fee may apply. The Arccos service is provided solely by Arccos.

At the conclusion of the free trial period, customers will be charged the Arccos membership fee for their first year ($12.99/month billed annually at $155.88 in the U.S. and Canada, or £8.33/month billed annually £99.99 in the U.K.). Participants who cancel their Arccos membership any time before the expiration of the 45-day free trial will not be billed.

Who is eligible to participate in the Arccos-TaylorMade partnership program?

Offer available only to U.S., Canadian and U.K. customers only who are:

  • Members of the TaylorMade community

or

  • Purchased at least one (1) qualifying new Stealth or Stealth 2 Driver, complete P Series iron set (P790 2021, P770, PMC, PMB) or complete Stealth Iron set in 2022 or 2023 from an authorized retailer

 

Players who are current or past Arccos members or have previously commenced or canceled an Arccos trial membership are ineligible to participate in the partnership program.

When does the Arccos-TaylorMade partnership program launch?

February 4, 2022 in the U.S. and Canada. April 10, 2023 in the U.K.

Why is my email not being accepted?

Please verify you have entered a valid email address. If you are still experiencing difficulties, you may be ineligible due to having a current or expired Arccos membership. To inquire, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.

Why is my address not being accepted?

If you are based in the U.S., Canada or U.K., please verify the address to ensure there are no typos or extra spaces, and that you have properly entered the unit number, suite number, or apartment number in the correct section. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not offered. If you continue to experience issues, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.

When does my Arccos trial membership commence?

Your 45-day free trial membership starts at the time you order your free set of Arccos Smart Sensors.

How can I cancel my Arccos membership?

To cancel your subscription, please email starter@arccosgolf.com or call 844-692-7226. Navigate to the Settings page in Arccos app and click “Manage Subscription” to view your subscription information.

How long will it take for my Arccos products to arrive?

Shipping times may vary, but products typically arrive within 5 days of your order. Deliveries to Canada will take longer. Tracking information will be provided via an automated confirmation e-mail following checkout.

Once my Arccos Smart Sensors arrive, how do I pair them?

iPhone:

  1. Download Arccos from the App Store
  2. Log in with account credentials you created on the activation website
  3. Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Android:

  1. Download the Arccos app from the Google Play Store
  2. Login with the account credentials you created on the activation website
  3. Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

What is the Arccos and TaylorMade partnership program Returns Policy?

Golfers who activate an Arccos membership through the Arccos and TaylorMade partnership program will not be billed if they cancel prior to the conclusion of the 45-day free trial period.

A refund for purchases of Arccos Link will be provided by Arccos (not TaylorMade) according to the Arccos returns policy. For more details, please click here.

Will Arccos share my information?

To access the 45-day free trial period and receive your complimentary sensors you need to set up an account with Arccos and provide your name, contact details and other relevant information. By creating an account you agree that Arccos may share your information with TaylorMade to enable them to send you the sensors and you also agree that TaylorMade may use your information to send you information on TaylorMade goods and services, news, offers, surveys and promotions and those of selected 3rd parties via email, social media, digital video and digital display advertising.
